BACKSTORY: Visited a Peacekeeper missile launch capsule simulator and, yes, did a key-turn. It's actually very Dr. Strangelove-esque; the key-turn assembly is almost as simple as the one shown above. The key goes into a large pointer that normally points towards "Peace," and the operator turns it to "War."
That's it. Two settings: "War" and "Peace." "Peace" is business as usual, and "War" is Goodbye Moscow. I didn't say anything at the time, but I thought it was extremely funny in a very morbidly odd way.
And I've probably killed my chances for ever getting a Top Secret clearance with this strip. Damn. Hope you enjoy it.
