BACKSTORY: Well, some statistics. North Korea spends about $5G on defense, taking up 31% of its GNP. The good 'ol USA, however, (hooah!), spends about... oh... $276.7G while using only about 3.2% of its GNP. I'm all for national sovreignity, but I think Kim Jong Il is either a bit insane, bad at math, or possibly both.
