OVERVIEW
The Polearm is a moderately fast, cheap hovertank intended to take front-line roles. Eschewing standard hovercraft speed for weapons and armor, the Polearm is faster, better armed, and better armored than many front-line tanks in its mass and speed range.
CAPABILITIES
The TME-183's turret-based arsenal is centered around a large pulse laser, the pulse fire of which allows the Polearm to strafe at high speeds with no loss to accuracy. On the sides of the spherical turret are a long-range missile ten-rack for standoff fire and two short-range missile two-racks for a close-in punch. Nine and a half tons of standard ablative/crystal-steel sandwich armor protect the crew of three from enemy attack.
DEPLOYMENT
The TME-183 is becoming more and more popular each year with its low cost and high ability.
