OVERVIEW

The TME-178 is a self-propelled long range artillery piece.  Relatively uninteresting, but still quite effective.

CAPABILITIES

Carrying a single Long Tom-pattern artillery cannon and twenty shots for it, capable of keeping up with an armored front, and armored well-enough for a rear-echelon vehicle, the Esspeegee is unremarkable but effective.

DEPLOYMENT

The TME-178 is a popular low cost artillery option.

VARIANTS

The TME-176-A carries fourteen long-range missile launchers and six tons of ammunition.  Still too poorly armored for engagement combat, the -A is best at medium-range indirect fire support.
